A man who was wanted in connection with a burglary at Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski’s Foxborough home last month turned himself in to police Tuesday, authorities said.
Foxborough Police Chief William Baker said in an e-mail Tuesday that Eric Tyrrell, who had been wanted on two counts of receiving stolen property valued at more than $250, was arrested on a warrant when he turned himself into police Tuesday afternoon.
Tyrrell, 28, of Foxborough, is expected to be arraigned in Wrentham District Court Wednesday morning, according to Baker, who said Tyrrell is being held on $10,000 cash bail.
Gronkowski’s home was robbed last month while he was away at the Super Bowl, a narrow Patriots loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Last week, Foxborough police said they were searching for Tyrrell and Shayne Denn, 26, of Tewksbury, in connection with the robbery.
