A rising senior at Connecticut College, Fothergill was named to the Scholar All-America team by the College Swimming & Diving Association. An economics major, with a minor in government, he placed fifth in the 100-yard backstroke at the NCAA D3 championships.

The recent Phillips Academy grad was the first female to cross the finish line, and 13th overall, in the 49th annual Lynnfield 4th of July 5K Road Race. A Bates College soccer recruit, she was clocked in 19 minutes, 40 seconds.

A senior captain-elect for the University of Massachusetts Amherst baseball team, Hart is hitting .391 with 4 homers, 17 RBIs and 14 stolen bases for the Seacoast Mavericks (18-9) of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.
