Anyone who’s been watching the Bruins knows that Patrice Bergeron is having one of his best seasons, which is saying something considering the great career Bergy’s had in Boston. The NHL’s best defensive forward has suddenly become a scorer, and that’ll no doubt earn him some consideration for the Hart Memorial Trophy, awarded annually to the league’s MVP. But Bergeron is also a fair Ping-Pong player, as he demonstrated at a fund-raiser he hosted the other night for the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center. Bergy was joined by his teammates, including Tuukka Rask, Brad Marchand, David Pastrnak, and captain Zdeno Chara, for the event at Royale. . . . Meanwhile, celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck was among a party of eight that dined at SRV in the South End the other night.
