People prayed for the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand during the royal cremation ceremony in Bangkok on Wednesday, which marked the start of a five-day funeral for the former monarch. His body is enshrined in the Grand Palace (above) and will eventually be moved to a spectacular golden crematorium.
