Re “Officials back duck boats: Baker, Walsh voice support’’ (Metro, July 24): The DUKW (what you call a duck boat) is not a boat. It’s an amphibious truck. Maybe people would think twice about them if you referred to them not as boats but as 2-½-ton trucks that drive into deep water.
