SPRING IN THE AIR — People enjoying the breeze at a beach house on Houghs Neck in Quincy on March 23, 1973. The scene was quite different this year, as the peninsula flooded during a nor’easter at the beginning of March, damaging homes and cars and forcing residents to evacuate or be rescued.
