A raccoon that started scaling a downtown St. Paul office tower on Tuesday — and in the process broke the Internet — made it to the top on Wednesday, where it was trapped and taken away to be released in a wooded area. Experts said that when the animals are stressed, their instinct is to climb, but usually not 25 stories.
