When it comes to fat, we’ve come full circle. It is no longer a no-no, and whole milk can be part of a healthful, balanced diet. For a richer-tasting yogurt, New Hampshire-based Stonyfield recently introduced three new products, including 100% Grassfed Organic Whole Milk Yogurt, made from milk from cows that graze exclusively on grass, and Organic Whole Milk Greek Yogurt. Flavors include plain, honey, vanilla, and blueberry. For consuming yogurt on the go, Organic Whole Milk Yogurt Pouches are available in flavors such as strawberry-beet-berry and pear-spinach-mango. (Yogurts come in 6-ounce cups, $1.69 to $1.99; 24- or 30-ounce containers, $4.99 to $7.49; or 3.7-ounce pouches, $1.79.) With none of the milk fat removed from the milk — as it is in low-fat and nonfat products — these yogurts are naturally rich and creamy.
Available at most supermarkets; 100% Grassfed Organic Whole Milk Yogurts are exclusively at Whole Foods Market. www.stonyfield.com Lisa Zwirn
