The top snow total from Tuesday’s powerful nor’easter was in the Western Massachusetts town of Granville. Southwick, also in Hampden County, was close behind, with 18 inches. In neighboring Hampshire County, Huntington received 20 inches and Plainfield 14. Other totals to note: Boston, 6.6; Cmbridge, 5 inches; and Hyannis, a single inch.

Stella also whipped up dangerous winds. Wellfleet received the top maximum gust, 79 miles per hour, followed by Plum Island, 77 m.p.h
