US mortgage rates

New numbers for the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage will be released Thursday. Last week, Freddie Mac reported the average 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage rose to 3.57 percent from 3.54 percent the week before.

Massachusetts jobless rate

The Massachusetts unemployment rate for October will be released Thursday. The Commonwealth’s jobless rate dropped to 3.6 percent in September from 3.9 percent the month before.

Consumer price index

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the consumer price index for all items increased 0.3 percent in September. New numbers for October are expected to be released on Thursday.

Sit in on an introductory class on visual design to learn how design professionals create content for the digital world.
