The North Shore Technology Council is inviting members to tour the Waste Management Materials Recovery Facility in North Billerica for “Where does my recycling bin go?’’ Attendees should wear closed-toe shoes and dress accordingly. Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to noon, Billerica MRF Recycling Center, 72 Salem Road, North Billerica.
