Another Kennedy book is in the works, this one by Jean Kennedy Smith, the former ambassador to Ireland and the eighth of the nine children of Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy. “The Nine of Us: Growing Up Kennedy’’ will include stories and reminiscences about the famous family and lessons the 88-year-old author learned from her parents. The book, to be published by Harper, is due out next fall.
