President Obama and his wife, Michelle, were greeted by Representative Bill Keating, Democrat of Bourne, as the first family arrived at Joint Base Cape Cod for the helicopter ride to Martha’s Vineyard. It is the family’s seventh Vineyard vacation since Obama was elected. They are expected to stay on the island through Aug. 21.
