Dec. 3 – Baby Jesus was reported stolen from a nativity set on a Smokerise Drive property at 4:29 p.m. A report was taken.

Dec. 4 – Police and safety forces responded to a Wadsworth Road address on a report of an elderly woman who had died.

Dec. 4 – Dispatch was advised of a 43-year-old man who had been speaking with a crisis hotline about suicidal thoughts. Police responded to the man’s residence at 7:18 p.m. and transported him to the hospital without incident.

Dec. 4 – A missing elderly woman was reported missing from a Woodland Drive address at 4:53 p.m. She was later located.

Dec. 4 – A High Point Drive resident called police at 10:56 a.m. to report of signs of a small fire on the property. A report was taken.

Dec. 4 – Te’zonte A. Lee, 19, of Cleveland, was arrested on a Richmond Heights warrant at an East Smith Road address at 1:15 a.m.

Dec. 3 – Police stopped a motorist on North Huntington Street at 9:32 p.m. for flashing the vehicle’s high beams. Ryan O. English, 44, of Dover Road, was arrested on OVI, more than twice the legal limit.

Dec. 3 – Police responded to a possible drug overdose at a Pinewood Drive address at 8:22 p.m. Debra L. Wagner, 54, of the address, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments.

Dec. 3 – Police responded to a heroin overdose at a Birch Hill Drive address at 5:40 p.m. Joseph P. Farrah, 27, of the address, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments.

Dec. 3 – Employees at a Jefferson Street business called police to report they were being sexually harassed at work.

Dec. 2 – Police responded to a disturbance at a Public Square address at 8:41 p.m. Cody A. Fast, 27, of Maplewood Farm Drive, was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and open container.

Dec. 2 – Robert N. Nemeth, 25, of Miner Drive, was arrested at his residence on a warrant.

Dec. 1 – Two juveniles were located in Reagan Park after close at 11:42 p.m. One juvenile was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol.

Dec. 1 – Police located three subjects smoking marijuana inside of a parked vehicle at a North Court Street business at 9:40 p.m. Multiple teens were cited on marijuana charges.

Dec. 1 – Police responded to a possible drug overdose at a West North Street address at 8:23 a.m. Nanette K. Dicello, 53, of the address, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments and drug possession.

Montville Police
Nov. 19 – Someone was stopped more a marked lanes violation on I-71 northbound. No impairment was detected but the subject admitted to being diabetic. The subject was escorted to a nearby gas station and was encouraged to eat or drink something before moving on.

Nov. 19 – An Aberdeen Lane resident’s house was egged and they claimed to know the juveniles who did it. Police spoke with the juveniles and they admitted to throwing the eggs. Reparations for house cleaning were made in lieu of charges.

Nov. 19 – Someone reported hearing loud noises from Bear Swamp Road, but the caller was vague and elusive about he location. Police did not hear any noises.

Nov. 19 – A Medina Road resident reported a possible burglary in progress. The homeowner’s son was locked out of the house and tapped on the window to get in. The homeowner was elderly and confused. Everything checked OK.

Nov. 19 – A Fawndale Drive resident reported someone rang their doorbell. When the homeowner opened the door they found one of their pumpkins smashed and four of their walkway lights had been pulled out of the ground. The lights were still working and did not appear to be damaged.

Nov. 17 – A Rolling Ridge Drive resident reported hearing noises in their attic. Police checked the attic but found nothing.
