WCVB meteorologist Harvey Leonard will get the Governors’ Award at this year’s Boston/New England Chapter Emmy Awards. The award recognizes people for their longtime accomplishments. Leonard has been in the weather biz for more than four decades. This year’s ceremony is June 4 at the Westin Copley Place. The late “Star Trek’’?actor Leonard Nimoy received the Governors’ Award in 2014.
