DROPKICK MURPHYS The final show in their annual St. Patrick’s Day run — and the only one for which tickets remain — is an all-ages afternoon affair: fun for the whole Celtic punk-loving family. While there have been changes to the lineup over that time, the band’s irrepressible spirit has remained true. March 19. 4:30 p.m. $30. Agganis Arena. 800-745-3000, www.ticket master.comSARAH RODMAN
