In her 40th season as girls’ basketball coach at Oliver Ames High in North Easton, the Dedham native earned her 634th career win Tuesday, breaking the state girls’ record held by the late Vi Goodnow (Frontier Regional, 1958-2002).

A freshman on the Saint Anselm men’s hockey team, the Dexter School graduate netted six goals in a 2-0-1 week for the Hawks, punctuated by a hat trick against Franklin Pierce. He was the Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week.

The Bridgewater State junior set a school record in the 60-meter dash (8.14 seconds) at the Maroon & White Classic at Springfield College. The MASCAC Athlete of the Week, she has qualified for the New England Division 3 meet in the 60 and 200.
