What’s cooking with the Hillary Clinton campaign? Oh, chilis, mint, cilantro, Chinese sausage, and char-grilled hen. “Top Chef’’ host Padma Lakshmi was in town this week for a Clinton fund-raiser at chef/owner Tiffani Faison’s new place, Tiger Mama, and guests sampled bites from the restaurant’s Southeast Asian-inspired menu. (Faison was a finalist on the first season of “Top Chef’’ in 2006.) The event, attended by over 160 people, raised serious dough for the Democratic presidential candidate’s campaign, with donations ranging from $45 to $1,000.
