DRINK UP Theatre One Productions presents A.R. Gurney’s “The Cocktail Hour,’’ a comedy of manners about a nearly extinct WASP patrician class. The play both exposes and satirizes stereotypes. As one of its characters complains of her family’s critics, “They think we’re all Republicans, superficial and all alcoholics.’’
