Brandeis professor Anita Hill attended last week’s Los Angeles premiere of HBO’s “Confirmation.’’ The film follows Hill’s role in Clarence Thomas’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings in 1991. Hill (above center) was joined on the red carpet by Kerry Washington (right), who produced the project and plays Hill in the film. Other names at the event at Paramount Studios included Senator Barbara Boxer (above left); Wendell Pierce, who plays Thomas; and Jeffrey Wright (left), who plays Harvard’s Charles Ogletree. The film airs April 16.
